Watch out for that kiosk

In five years of blogging I can count on one hand the times I've used someone else's content as the meat of a post, but if you fly and do your checking in via computer kiosk you'll want to read this. The airlines -- United, at least -- have discovered new ways to ding us. Beware the kiosk; it could be a no-armed bandit:
